This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to take and deliver your order.
01. What we collect
- Account details - your name, email address and phone number when you register.
- Order details - delivery address, the items you bought and your chosen payment method.
- Messages - anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Usage data - pages viewed and items added to your bag, so the shop works and we can improve it.
02. How we use it
- To take payment for and deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates. These are service messages, not marketing.
- To run the loyalty and referral programmes if you take part.
- To send marketing email only if you subscribed. Every one carries an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep your account secure.
03. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies needed to complete your order:
- Payment providers - eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay process payments. They receive the amount and a reference; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
- Delivery partners - your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
- Our email provider - to send order and, where you have opted in, marketing email.
- Authorities - only where the law requires it.
04. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember what is in your bag, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These are necessary for the shop to work. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and sign-in will stop working.
05. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
06. Your choices
- Unsubscribe - use the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- See or correct your data - sign in to your account, or contact us.
- Delete your account - contact us and we will remove your personal details, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.
07. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read by us or anyone else. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
08. Children
This shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
09. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
